Blue Owl Learning Center is a cozy in-home learning center and my dream come true. My name is Alexia Zuniga and I was a preschool teacher for over 10 years and an educational coordinator for 2 years at a school readiness program in Stamford, CT. After my family and I moved to the beautiful town of Milford, I decided to finally open up my own family learning center. I have an associates degree in early childhood and a bachelors degree in child studies.

I call it a learning center because even though this is my home, it’s also a learning environment with intentional teaching with a fun way of learning through play. This is not a babysitting job! I am here to get your child emotionally, socially and intellectually ready for Kindergarten. This is my career and what I love doing.

My hope and goal for your child is to gain knowledge through a fun and hands on safe learning experience they can carry forward through a lifetime.
